Sayra Dacic is a photographer and art director with a background in visual communication and a degree in graphic design Drawn to street culture and the visual codes of everyday life, her practice began with an instinctive interest in documenting people, places and details that often go unnoticed. Over time, that observational approach developed into a more conceptual language, where photography becomes less about recording what is there and more about constructing a mood, a tension or an idea.
Her work moves between street and staged imagery, often borrowing from fashion, youth culture, found typography and the imperfections of urban environments. Her graphic design background continues to shape the way she approaches image making, especially through composition, typography, styling and visual rhythm. Rather than separating design from photography, treats them as parts of the same visual process, building images and projects that feel immediate, atmospheric and carefully considered.
